1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and purchasing lead generation credit packs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Services

Lead Launch provides a local-first lead extraction, parsing, auditing, and outreach draft generation tool. The services and package rates are details as follows:

• Starter Pack: ₹50 INR one-time payment for 100 lead extractions and audits.
• Growth Pack: ₹200 INR one-time payment for 500 lead extractions, audits, and priority support.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are paid on a one-time transaction basis.

3. Payment & Credit Allocation

Payments are processed securely via our integrated third-party payment gateway. Upon authorization of the transaction, corresponding credit values are assigned to your local browser storage instantly. It is your responsibility to ensure that your browser's local state is not cleared if you wish to retain your active credits.

4. User Obligations & Responsible Use

You agree to use Lead Launch only for lawful purposes. You represent and warrant that:

• You will respect the robots.txt restrictions and terms of service of any external websites audited.
• You will not use the generated outreach drafts to distribute unsolicited mass messages, spam, or perform illegal telemarketing activities.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with regional data privacy laws (e.g. DPDPA in India, GDPR in Europe) when initiating outreach to scraped prospects.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Rahul Mantri (Lead Launch) or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Lead Launch, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Lead Launch shall be governed by the laws of the State of Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
