Local-First Storage Architecture
Lead Launch operates as a local utility application. All prospect directories, scraped website audits, phone numbers, custom outreach drafts, and configure API credentials (such as Google API keys or Claude skill settings) are stored locally in your browser's private state. We do not transfer, compile, or store your target business data on external databases.
1. Information We Collect
The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal info.
- Contact Inquiry Data: If you contact us directly via our support form or email, we receive your name, email address, message body, and any attachments you choose to send.
- Payment Information: When you purchase credit bundles (₹50 or ₹200), billing information and transaction requests are processed directly by our secure payment gateway partner. We do not capture or store raw credit/debit card numbers or net-banking codes on our systems.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our local scraping and auditing tools.
- Improve, personalize, and expand the performance of our local-first scripts.
- Process your transaction packages and allocate scraping credits.

3. Log Files & Analytics
Lead Launch follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites.
