Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Lead Launch (operated by Rahul Mantri), we strive to ensure absolute satisfaction with our scraping and auditing software. Because we provide digital credits and data services, we have established clear refund and cancellation rules to remain compliant with Indian consumer protection guidelines and payment gateway requirements.

1. Return & Refund Policy

We provide a 7-day refund guaranteefor all lead packages (Starter Pack & Growth Pack) under the following conditions:

• Eligible Cases: You are eligible for a full refund if our scraping utility encounters critical system-wide failures, API disruptions, or fails to assign credits to your local browser storage after a successful payment transaction.
• Ineligible Cases: Refunds will not be processed if lead credits have already been consumed/spent to run prospect reports, or if the refund request is placed after 7 days from the initial transaction date.
• Refund Mode: All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or Net Banking account) used during the purchase.
• Processing Time: Once approved, the refund will be initiated immediately. It typically takes 5 to 7 working days for the funds to reflect in your bank statement, depending on your card issuer or banking provider.

2. Cancellation Policy

Given the instant credit allocation nature of our service:

• Cancellation Window: You may cancel your purchase and request a transaction reversal within 24 hours of purchase, provided that zero (0) lead credits have been spent.
• No Subscriptions: Since Lead Launch operates on a pay-as-you-go credit bundle model rather than recurring billing subscriptions, there are no monthly contracts or cancellation fees. You pay only for what you buy.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To file a request, please send an email to mantri.dev511@gmail.com with the following details:

1. Your full name and contact number
2. Transaction ID and date of purchase
3. The name of the package purchased (Starter Pack / Growth Pack)
4. A brief explanation of the technical issue or reason for cancellation

Our billing support team will review your application and respond within 24 to 48 hours.
